Waiter: Of course. Over here, please. Here’s the menu.
Sam: Thank you.
Waiter: Are you ready to order?
Sam: Yes, we are.
Waiter: What would you like for your starter?
Narek: I’d like 2 chocolate cakes please.
Sam: And I’ll have a banana cake please.
Waiter: And for your main course?
Narek:  I don’t know whether to have the burger or Thai chicken.
Sam: Oh, I’d like the burger please.
Narek: OK, me too.
Waiter: So that’s 2 burgers. What would you like to drink?
Narek: I’ll have a fresh apple juice please.
